What we collect

Only what our forms ask for. On the estimate request form that is your first name, last name, email address, phone number, the products or services you are interested in, and whatever project details you type in. On the email drawings form it also includes the drawing or specification files you upload. We do not ask for payment information, financial information, or health information anywhere on this site.

Why we collect it

To review your request, price the work, and get back to you. That is the only reason we ask. Submissions are emailed to Steel Masters and stored in a private admin area that only our team and our marketing partner can sign into.

Files you upload

Uploaded drawings are stored privately, not on a public web address. The links we email internally to open them are time-limited and expire. Only permitted file types are accepted by the form.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers that run this website, its database, and its email delivery, so that your request reaches us — and with anyone we are legally required to give it to.

Cookies and third-party content

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Sign-in cookies exist only inside our private admin area, which is not part of the public site.

Some pages embed content from other companies: a Google Maps map on our contact page and a Google reviews widget. When those load, the companies that provide them may set their own cookies and see your IP address, under their own privacy policies rather than ours.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email steelmastersnyc@gmail.com or call (888) 577-8335. You can also simply not submit a form — nothing on this site requires an account.

Children

This is a commercial steel fabrication website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
